Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to switch doctors?

Perhaps. But because we‚Äôve partnered with a limited number of high quality doctors, you can count on excellent health care. And because we’re continually adding providers in a wide variety of disciplines – literally hundreds in Central and Southern Indiana – chances are, there’s one near you.

Can I check things out online?

Yes! You’ll be provided with login information so you can have online access to EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits), claims, benefit information, and a comprehensive provider search.

Will I have prescription coverage?

It depends on which plan your employer chooses.

So who’s in this network?

The Network is robust. And we’re focused on the quality of the providers Рwhich is why we started with St. Vincent Hospitals and Providers.
St. Vincent is part of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit health system in the United States. They’ve been improving the health of central and southern Indiana communities for over 140 years. Their expertise and services cover a broad range of arenas, including Bariatrics, Cancer, Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Diabetes, Digestive Health, Laboratory Services, Orthopedics, Neuroscience, Pediatrics (through Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent), Primary Care, Radiology, Respiratory Care, Transplant Services, Trauma Care, Urology, Wellness, and Women’s Health.
When a provider joins our Network, it’s because of their reputation for providing the highest quality healthcare:
  • St. Vincent Hospitals and Providers
  • OrthoIndy (Orthopedic specialists)
  • Hancock Health
  • Daviess Community
  • Midwest Behavioral Health (Substance Abuse/Mental Health services)
  • Magellan Healthcare (Chiropractor services)
  • Henry County Health
  • More well-recognized providers are being added regularly
